Not good, i gave lots of info about whAT I WANTED And the age of the door. You sent a product which was a new design and did not fit. You do not look after long standing customers

I ordered a window handle but couldn’t fit it as the old one had snapped off leaving the spindle stuck in, I sent a picture to the service team and haven’t heard back in over a week, even if you can’t help at least let me know!
