Did not know what was happening.
The product, a replacement window handle, was excellent, and easy to fit. Overall though I was not being kept informed. Once ordered I heard nothing. The expected email on dispatch has never arrived. I queried with customer services after a week and received a bland wait 2 weeks. It turned up without fanfare or notice.
