The replacement handle doesn't fit the door. I need to return it. I would have expected the original handle to be more durable and would have hoped that sizes would not have been changed significantly during that time to make ot virtually impossible to source a replacement handle

Really poor show for a big company
Really poor show for a big company, would not honour warranty on faulty window handle because of a change of owner to property and not advising them, as if that makes any difference your guaranteeing your product not me, just using that as a caveat to wheedle out of honouring your supposed 10 year warranty, why is it all motor manufacturers honour their cars warranty irrespective of change of owner, big shake up needed at Anglian get into the real world and then you can genuinely claim to have top notch customer service, in the mean time it’s just words with no substance. A bad review and a lost forever customer for a window handle to me £6.51 to you probably pennies.

Good replacement window handles but delivery takes a little longer than I would have thought. While it doesn't matter to me, it probably would to a tradesman.

Looks OK but actually slightly too…
Looks OK but actually slightly too small for the 40mm door that it should fit. The screws are certainly too short to give a good fit; I will need to source some longer ones to fit it properly. Difficult to fit while holding up both flaps to give access to the screws
