Brilliant quality replacement product
Brilliant quality replacement product, and straightforward instructions to replace. Unfortunately I have only given this a 3star rating as I ordered it one day, the money was removed from my account the next day, but it was almost ten days before I received my order and no parcel tracking available !

Slight panic when the new handle did…
Slight panic when the new handle did not fit into its socket reasoned you would not have made a handle that would not fit and eventually it did. Two keys would be more useful than the one. I like the all white style you now produce.

All we wanted was an old style…
All we wanted was an old style replacement key for window locks that were still under warrenty. All you wanted to do was to sell me replacement widow locks and couldnt be bothered to resolve our simple problem.

Good replacement parts but unclear delivery time.
Good service and the replacement parts were as required and good quality The only thing that would have got 5 stars was that the delivery time was not clear from the day of ordering right up to delivery. These days an ETA with order confirmation is expected.

We sent for ‘replacement’door handles and letterbox for our Anglian home improvements as we were changing from brass to chrome. Only one option was advertised. Simply they did not match.

Order #7595 from shop not received been…
Order #7595 from shop not received been waiting since 11th July , no confirmation email to say it's been dispatched. I called customer services who said we will let the shop know no specific answer, I sent an email and my answer was allow 14 days for delivery yet again no specific answer if my purchase was actually dispatched, email again then was told my purchase was sent on 13th July allow 5 working days, this has pass now and still no delivery and no tracking details. absolutely poor service and poor customer service being so vague and unhelpful.
