Maintenance beyond warranty

I am pleased to be able to purchase replacement casement window locks particularly as my guarantee period for my window installation is imminent. I am a little disappointed that I cannot acquire identical colour locks, i.e. white with a black operating/lock button, and a black insert strip on the under side of the handle but otherwise OK.

Anglian parts after 25 years.

Anglian had suitable product for repairing 25 year old windows at a reasonable price and ex-stock. Easy ordering process, good communications and delivery. Cannot fault the service. Would be happy to use again.

Outstanding customer service.

When the handles arrived I experienced a problem when fitting the first one because once I'd screwed it into place it wouldn't lock! However, when I phoned customer services I was promised a call from one of the engineers. Within minutes Ross Whitelock phoned me and once he'd identified the type of locking mechanism on my windows (they were fitted in 1991 so I had to send him photos!) he very patiently explained how I needed to adjust the handles before fitting them, remaining on the phone until I was able to confirm that the handle I'd refitted was locking perfectly! I was then able to fit the other two handles very easily. The friendly, helpful service I received exceeded all my expectations and I hope Ross (and Lucy at customer services) will be told of my 5* review!

Returned incorrect part. Return was not acknowledged even after phone call. No refund or replacement part received it has been 3 weeks.

Good quality parts, but communications...

Reasonably quick delivery and exactly what I wanted. The parts arrived in good protective packaging. My only small grumble is that the comms as to when I would be getting the delivery could have been better (initial email and then nothing until they arrived out of the blue).
