Order #7595 from shop not received been waiting since 11th July , no confirmation email to say it's been dispatched. I called customer services who said we will let the shop know no specific answer, I sent an email and my answer was allow 14 days for delivery yet again no specific answer if my purchase was actually dispatched, email again then was told my purchase was sent on 13th July allow 5 working days, this has pass now and still no delivery and no tracking details. absolutely poor service and poor customer service being so vague and unhelpful.
