Super service by phone to confirm size before shipping ! Ordered 2 dresses and i could not be happier. Very good quality, very nice dresses, very good fit. Got a lot of compliments about them !

Great store, great service. Bought two items online. The store person called me to ensure I was getting the correct size based on the fit of the clothing. When I got the shipment, the pants I bought didn't fit so comfortable. So I went to the store to exchange it and the store person helped me find a pair of pants that fit perfectly. Great service and store - - the only criticism I could recommend is that I would say that it would be more reassuring for pregnant clients if all staff could wear masks even if not mandated by the government during this time, as the clientele they serve are high risk.

Clothing is of amazing quality, very soft and comfortable; I was very pleasantly surprised. While the prices are fairly high in my opinion, the quality delivered is well worth it. To cut costs, just pick with care: buy fewer pieces and buy clothing that can serve for a long time, even after pregnancy. Thank you for your product.

Although the order took a little longer than anticipated due to being out of stock, I was called and told what the delay was

I ordered 3 items for my daughter from the website and paid for delivery within 2 to 3 business days. On the 3rd business day, I received a call letting me know that nothing had shipped, as 2 of the items I had ordered were not available (despite the website indicating that they were). The women who called was polite and concerned, but the only solutions I was offered were to replace the items not available with more expensive items (at my cost) and to continue to pay the extra fee for delivery or to experience further delays. I did this, and the items did arrive a further 2 days later and were of excellent quality.

Best costumer service ever! After ordering a beautiful dress for my shower, I got a phone call saying the size I ordered was out of stock. Which I thought was very nice of them to call me directly. After talking with the lovely lady, I realized I ordered the wrong size. She was very helpful and ended up changing my order to an x-small. I'm so happy that I received that phone call and got everything sorted out! And the dress is absolutely perfect, fit and all!

I was so happily surprised to receive a call from 7 women after placing an online order. They wanted to make sure the sizing was right and that I knew the dress was final sale. Rare to get that kind of service when online shopping. The dress itself is beautiful and fits like a charm.

Stephanie was amazing!! I live in an another province and she helped me over the phone navigate the different bridal dresses and figure out my correct size and the best fit for my figure. She even took the time and care to call me back when there was a delay in shipment. I am grateful for her help with choosing my wedding dress.

Seven Maternity went above and beyond. I ordered a dress for a baby shower that they knew ran big. Not only did they call to confirm my measurements and then measured the dress, but they offered to order a size up just in case I needed to switch the dress for a different size. I am incredibly impressed with the customer service and attention to detail.

It was a pleasure dealing with Seven Women. Stephanie helped me get the right product that I needed. She was lovely to speak with over the phone. She also send a note (along with the item) asking me to call her for a detailed explanation on how to connect the universal Adapter. Best customer service.

Helpful service, called to discuss appropriate sizing and give helpful suggestions.

The leggings are good quality but they run at least 2 sizes small. Usually I wear size 4 and ordered size 4. I couldn’t even put them on above the knee. Requested return following all the instructions on their website and has been waiting for their reply for 2 weeks now. Disappointed.
