Seven Women Maternity Reviews

I had a really great experience working with Seven Women Maternity in ensuring that I ordered the appropriate size for me and my growing belly. All the women I communicated with were receptive and gave really great feedback on my questions. The items I ordered are absolutely beautiful and of great quality. It was difficult finding office appropriate maternity clothing that is stylish and Seven Women Maternity is the place to shop for those wanting items that are trendy yet geared towards expecting mothers.

I ordered a dress for a wedding in late September. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct size in time for the event. Very happy with their excellent customer service.

Super helpful and warm customer support!

Great experience

Update: Confirming no apology: "Hello Erin, Thank you for contacting us regarding the delay in your order delivery. We have now issued your refund. Have a great weekend! Cindy Customer Care Team Didn’t get it in time for event. No apology. Was showing on track to be delivered the day before event and then day-of it changed to days later for ETA. No time to plan for alternative maternity outfit since I was expecting it. Not very nice when you’re already down on your body and obviously can’t wear any of your other dresses. They refunded expedited shipping without hassle but no apology.

Love the dresses, t-shirt and shorts I picked up - great fit and quality and SO comfortable. I will definitely be back for more. Definitely fits true to size, I am XS and some brands are huge on me, but not this one - everything fits like a glove, with room for the growing belly.

Wonderful purchasing experience. I called to make sure I got the right sizes and everything fit perfectly.

Great customer service. Helped me find the right fit of pants over the phone.

Great quality product and very responsive to returns. Highly recommend. I purchased the Ripe brand maternity jeans and I'm so glad I did.

Great selection of products and fast delivery. Someone called to discuss the sizes I ordered and provided great guidance. Additionally, I was easily able to come into the store and try on some different sizes/styles and exchange an item. Great experience overall!

Very nice blouse. I bought it for my daughter and it looks great, fits well and is comfortable.

Not only was the style of dress that I ordered for my daughter lovely, smart, perfect for the office, but after I ordered it I received a ‘phone call from Seven Women to tell me that the dress runs a little small, and I might prefer a larger size. Because my daughter ranges from XS to S, I stayed with the small and it fits perfectly. I was impressed that the company took the trouble to advise me personally on size.

Wow! Just received the clothing today and the quality/fit are amazing! Definitely exceeded my expectations. Shipping was fast. Great experience with this company. Thank you!

Exceptional customer service. Phone. All, emails and texts. Wonderful to have such great communication.

I purchased the incorrect size for my wife and the team could not have been more helpful. I called in to ask about exchanging the product and they helped guide me to the correct sizes. When I arrived in store they had already set aside the exchange items. Awesome people and great experience.

The sweater was very small and a different colour to the one pictured. Colour was "Snow" and I had expected it to be more white. It is actually like old snow- greyish. Nonetheless it is very soft and thick. Looks very small for size medium...It's a present for my daughter so will return if it doesn't fit.
