Didn’t get it in time for event
Update: Confirming no apology: "Hello Erin, Thank you for contacting us regarding the delay in your order delivery. We have now issued your refund. Have a great weekend! Cindy Customer Care Team Didn’t get it in time for event. No apology. Was showing on track to be delivered the day before event and then day-of it changed to days later for ETA. No time to plan for alternative maternity outfit since I was expecting it. Not very nice when you’re already down on your body and obviously can’t wear any of your other dresses. They refunded expedited shipping without hassle but no apology.
