The thermostat itself performs well, but the mobile app is buggy and crashes frequently on my Android phone. When it works, the remote control feature is convenient.
The smart features and app work well, and I like the weekly scheduling options. However, the physical build feels a bit cheap and the screen has developed some minor scratches after 6 months of normal use. Still functional but expected better durability.
The thermostat works fine manually, but staying connected to our WiFi network is problematic. Have to reset the connection weekly which defeats the purpose of having a smart thermostat. Temperature control is accurate when it's working properly.
The energy usage reports are fantastic and really help me understand our heating patterns. Installation was quick and the app is well-designed. Temperature control is accurate and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone wanting basic smart features without breaking the bank.

Perfect for monitoring and controlling temperature at our cabin remotely. The geofencing feature automatically adjusts when we're away. Battery backup kept it running during a brief power outage. Very satisfied with this purchase.
Basic smart thermostat that meets our needs. Nothing fancy but reliable.
The basic functionality works well and the scheduling features are helpful. However, the WiFi connection drops occasionally and requires reconnecting. Customer support was responsive when I had questions. For the price point, it's acceptable but not exceptional.
Had trouble with the initial WiFi setup - took multiple attempts and a call to support. Once connected though, it's been solid. The temperature accuracy is good and I appreciate the vacation mode feature.
We installed this in our small business office and it's been reliable for 8 months now. The scheduling helps us save on energy costs when the office is closed. Simple interface that our employees can easily use.
Amazing value compared to other smart thermostats. All the essential features work perfectly - remote access, scheduling, energy reports. The design looks clean and modern on our wall. Installation took 15 minutes following the clear instructions.
Installation was straightforward and took about 20 minutes. The app is intuitive and I love being able to adjust the temperature remotely. Energy savings are noticeable on my monthly bill. Only minor complaint is the display could be a bit brighter.
Works as advertised. Setup was simple enough for someone who's not tech-savvy.
