AVOID! NOTICE THEY DONT HAVE A REVEIW OPTION ON THEIR FB? NOTICE NOT MANY COMMENTS? They send half your order and refuse refund or to send you missing items!!! I have emailed and messaged them countless times in the past few months and they keep saying logistics haven’t got back to them. They make you take pictures, weigh items ect. Then do absolutely nothing! Disgusting customer service they are basically stealing money! DO NOT BUY!! I They also remove comments on fb!! PLEASE AVOID AND BUY ELSEWHERE Will update if I have any progress with them!

Do NOT order from Seafancy! They did not issue a refund, although I followed their return policy absolutely correctly. They also charged me for an item they did not ship. When I requested a refund they only offered a $5 discount on my next order as compensation. The swimsuit was $53.99! In addition, the fit of the swimsuits were too loose, although I followed their size guide and was measured. The materials were poor quality. And, the shipping took almost a month. The site makes false claims about easy returns within 30 days. No one should have to deal with this fraudulent activity, especially when there are so many other ethically run swimsuit companies! Spend your money at a better company with better products!

The return policy is outrageous. They want you to keep the items and offer to refund you 30%. Obviously if you want to return something that means it will not fit so why would I want to keep it?? Then they have about 100 rules you need to follow to make sure you actually get your money back.

Would rate 0 if I could. I posted a review when I bought my swimsuit two years ago about how the delivery took much longer than expected. SeaFancy Customer Service offered me a free gift card if I took the review down. I took the review down and they’re now refusing to send me the gift card. Believe all the 1 star reviews you see about them! Not only will it take MONTHS for you to get your swimsuit, they’ll bribe you when you speak up about it.

Asian sizes, not suitable for tall people. I bought a large and it's too wide and equally way too short (the bra cups sit on my collarbone way above where they are wanted lol) No other issues with postage or quality. Enjoy if you're short enough :)

EDIT: I have since received my package, 20 days later. I will say that the bathing suits are bathing suit material and look like the pictures. I will also say the time it takes to ship is frustrating and that you have to pay for return shipping. The sizing is a bit off. Just things to know if you want to give them a chance. Do not order from them. I ordered two weeks ago and my package still hasn’t been “ picked up”. Also, I ordered 4 suits and when I checked shipping it was only for 3 so I had to reach out and only then was I told one was out of stock. I tried reaching out again about my order taking so long and getting suspicious, but their email wasn’t active anymore. Trying to get the entire order canceled and refunded but it has been challenging. If necessary I’ll contact the better business bureau and report it to my credit card. JUST STAY AWAY

No contact form to complete as stated if you want to get in touch. The email address they provide to contact them does not exist. How are we supposed to return items if we can't get in touch with you?

Do not deal with this company. In January I ordered 2 sizes as a swimsuit really needs to fit! Each cost £44.95 On the website it says ‘Easy returns’. 8 weeks later they arrived. After 5 email exchanges they are now offering £33.24 refund IF I RETURN IT to the. US ( or £23.24 if I keep it). I am furious.

Scammers !!! They put hairband into package , never received swimsuits !!! Thieves !!!!!!!!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. My order took over a month to arrive, only after multiple follow-ups. When it finally did, the items were poor quality and didn’t fit. I attempted to return them, as their website states they accept returns within 30 days for a refund, but customer service refused to provide a return address unless I accepted a partial refund or store credit—which is not stated anywhere in their return policy. This is misleading and dishonest. A return means I should be able to return the item and receive my money back, not be forced into keeping items I don’t want. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company if you expect transparent policies and good customer service.

Don’t bother with this lot! After 5 weeks I still had not received dispatch confirmation for my January order so I emailed them. Was told one item (out of 2) was out of stock. I requested refund and explanation why I wasn’t informed sooner and why I was still waiting for my second item. No response regarding my second item. Refund eventually paid in March.

Ordered two swimsuits and love both of them. They fit perfectly!

I am continuously getting emails from this company asking me to remove my review about their product in exchange for a gift card. My review from 2023 when I purchased their products simply states that the product is not true to size and as a result I am unable to use it. I have received at least a half a dozen emails from them in the past couple of weeks (2 years after posting about the product) pestering me to remove my review. I didn’t say anything negative regarding the company, I simply gave an honest review of the product. I will now say I am beyond annoyed with the constant emails over this - they are borderline harassing me.

Great quality bathing suit, exceeded my expectations.

My swimsuit is so cute, great quality and coverage. Makes me feel comfortable and confident. Company has good follow up with any issues.

I received an email recently regarding a review I posted 2 years ago. I ignored their first request, but then they followed up on March 5th. I explained that I wasn't going to search for a post I made 2 years ago and that I clearly was dissatisfied with the service at the time. They responded with the following: "We did not reply to your email in a timely manner as we were in a busy period. We paid attention to Trustpilot, which is why we asked you to consider using our gift card in exchange for removing the review." I feel this is inappropriate and as a paying customer I do reserve the right to be unhappy with an experience, regardless of how busy the vendor is.

Similar to others, I received an email out of the blue to remove a bad review from 2 years ago in exchange for a $10 coupon. This is super shady and the review was an accurate account of what occurred. Sizing was way off and return process was complicated and unhelpful.

I woke up this morning to an email from Seafancy asking me to delete a review I posted 2+ years ago for a $10 discount. They said it was because my order was shipped on time, but I know that my review was about the poor quality of the product. Bribing people to delete honest reviews shows a lack of integrity. They are tanking their reputation even more at this point.

Seafancy is sending me sketchy typo riddled emails trying to offer me giftcards to remove a review from 2023 which was 2 years ago. I don't even remember leaving a review let alone know how to remove it. If I left a bad review this sketchball company probably deserved it. Gross.

These are my absolute favorite swim shorts. They are long enough to cover up my upper thigh, high enough waist to cover my belly where I want them to, and the waistband is nice and thick/sturdy to hide my muffin top! Great quality and I love having pockets! I 100% would and will order from them again. So far I’ve worn them through 2 swim seasons and I’m still happy. Remember that this isn’t Amazon so they won’t arrive overnight. SO worth it. Also customer service is great so if you have any problems just email.
