I received an email recently regarding…money in exchange for removing my review
I received an email recently regarding a review I posted 2 years ago. I ignored their first request, but then they followed up on March 5th. I explained that I wasn't going to search for a post I made 2 years ago and that I clearly was dissatisfied with the service at the time. They responded with the following: "We did not reply to your email in a timely manner as we were in a busy period. We paid attention to Trustpilot, which is why we asked you to consider using our gift card in exchange for removing the review." I feel this is inappropriate and as a paying customer I do reserve the right to be unhappy with an experience, regardless of how busy the vendor is.
