Misleading policies and poor quality
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. My order took over a month to arrive, only after multiple follow-ups. When it finally did, the items were poor quality and didn’t fit. I attempted to return them, as their website states they accept returns within 30 days for a refund, but customer service refused to provide a return address unless I accepted a partial refund or store credit—which is not stated anywhere in their return policy. This is misleading and dishonest. A return means I should be able to return the item and receive my money back, not be forced into keeping items I don’t want. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company if you expect transparent policies and good customer service.
