Still waiting on my order from 11/112024. Unless I send emails regarding my order, no updates are even sent.

One star is too much. The quality and material used for a garment I ordered was not suitable for swimwear and badly made. Unwearable. I returned it to the address on the packaging but have not received a refund. A scam….. I returned the item to the address on the packaging which clearly states: Return Address Returning Warehouse Unit E7. The Wallows Industrial Estate, Fens Pool Avenue, Brierley Best Midlands DYS 10A I took a photo as evidence. There was no information in the package of any sort. I have also emailed at least twice but received no reply. I suggest you look at the Consumer Rights Act which includes the right to return any item.

I waited 2 weeks for my item and it never came. I hadn’t heard anything from the company so I had to reach out and they informed me that my order was OUT OF STOCK. (It still shows available on the website?) I was given alternatives to choose from however, this doesn’t change the fact that no one told me about the out of stock problem until I reached out on my own 2 week later when I was supposed to have my product. At this point it was too late to choose an alternative for my trip that I needed the swimming suit for.

The tracking is awful! I have no idea when it will arrive. I haven’t got the suit yet so I can’t comment on the actual product. I work for a shipping company so I know you can do much better. So far I’m disappointed. It won’t be going on the trip with me because who knows where it is.

Vibrant color, really stands out!

Well made, great fit - both suits fit true to size. The colors were not represented well in the pink one.

So far my experience with Sea Fancy AU is not great. Paid for a one piece in my size on Saturday and just got an email today to say they had none in stock ( I had emailed about time frames for delivery as had heard nothing). Was sent a link with options I could choose between with the option to upgrade in price( only one one piece with none in my size). Checked the website I had purchased from and there were many options in my size at the same price as I paid. Haven’t heard back yet as to whether I can exchange my purchase for those. I can’t understand why I was able to purchase something that wasn’t in stock. It remains to be seen what kind of company I’m dealing with. UPDATE: Sea Fancy have said they will send one of the options I sent them. Still disappointed I couldn’t get the one I paid for, but happy to be getting something similar. Update 2: Have upgraded my rating. A bit of a saga, as the size I ordered was too big, but was given several options for exchange which were reasonable (ie paying shipping costs). Item has arrived and fits really well. Found their service people helpful throughout this process.

Order take forever. haven’t received it yet. Bought it at the beginning of the month still hasn’t updated . Waste of money, never will use this site again

Fast delivery and swimsuits appear well made, beautiful and very sporty. I ordered the wrong sizes ( guess my measurements were off ) so the bras were too small and have to exchange for bigger sizes.

Thank you for the response. The package has arrived but it would have been helpful to have a tracker that worked as previous reviews indicated their package didn’t arrive and do I thought the same for mine,

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this swimsuit exceeded my expectations. It's stylish yet modest, and the quality is top-notch, it doesn't stretch out after wearing, which is a huge plus!

I purchased a swimsuit off Sea Fancy au, and found that it was of inferior quality. The elastic on the straps is visible and not sewn in properly. The fabric looks of inferior quality. The swimsuit also is too big around the bottom half. I emailed, and it bounced back six times. I am requesting a full refund, including the cost of shipping this item back to the company. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from Sea Fancy again, and I would caution others to be very careful about their own purchases, considering the communication is very difficult post-purchase. I do not usually review publicly, preferring to give a company the chance to do the right thing. However, in this case, I have tried to communicate, and it has not worked.

I couldn't be happier with this swimsuit. It's comfortable, chic and looks fantastic. I love the unique design, and it makes me feel confident and stylish. Plus, the quality is top-notch. Five stars all the way!

Very responsive customer service department. I had a concern with a a double pending transaction on my account and upon reaching out, they were quick to verify and address my concerns,

First of all, there was a lot of confusion when I emailed about my places order and one of my items I ordered I wasn’t able to receive. One of the items that was sent to me was completely wrong size. And both were missing tags which were clearly cut off. That made it look like the items were not new. Ended up returning both items which was a lot of back and forth emailing as well. At least they seemed friendly.

Your sizing chart was incorrect. It said I needed size XL. The swimsuits were huge. When I contacted the company to return them and get the correct size I was told I couldn't speak with a person. I was told I needed to keep the suits and order new ones. I ultimately did order the correct size in each of the 3 suits and had to pay extra since I used a discount code on the first order. I will not use your company again and have told many friends of my experience. I doubt they will order from you either.

Wonderful customer service, great quality!

I ordered 2 baithing suits. The next day I received an email stating they were both out of stock. Instead of refunding my money they sent and email suggesting I change my order. Only when I read the complete email do I find out I needed to respond to the email asking for a refund. Which I have not received yet.
