Super impressive, booked in, date and quote given, on the day recieved call, confirmation that driver is on the way, arrived, took picture of id, confirmed what to tell dvla online and then left. All wrapped in 10 mins on the day.

Everything straightforward and simple and went like clockwork. Clicked on scrapcarnetwork, entered my car reg. and got the best quote. Checked the reviews on Trustpilot, mostly 5 star, so took the offer and booked for collection on a Friday morning. Got confirmation email and text and confirmation of what happens next. Driver phoned me 20 minutes before collection, explained how to fill in details at DVLA online, loaded up car and was gone. Got confirmation email that car had been collected and payment hit my bank account same day. Perfect experience, Perfect company. David Woolley

I filled in the details that the website requires and also the bank details. I waited 4 days and today I called them back because I don't have any confirmation email. On the other end of the phone I received an explanation that they don't cover my area and a constant answer "I don't know". Is this supposed to be the normal response from customer service? They wasted my time to hear such words. They sent me to another company with an email confirmation with the price and just to arrange a day for collection because it's not my fault that at this moment they don't cover my area without notifying me. I got a much lower price and they don't know how to resolve this. I'm glad that there are satisfied customers, but for me their attitude and their procedure with customers is unacceptable. I would never go back to them!!!

Tried a few companies before this one and by far the best price so went ahead and booked. Was kept up to date via email and text and driver rang to give eta. Arrived on time and whole experience was very good. No complaints at all and would happily recommend and will use again when/ if needed.

Fantastic service from this company! Scrapped two cars. They were professional and quick with excellent communication skills. They made it very easy! The guy who collected both cars was very helpful to ensure a smooth experience. I highly recommend.

I will detail my step by step experience. I went online and entered my VRN and postcode to obtain an instant quote then proceeded to filling in a couple of details like name, address and details to be paid whilst also selecting a collection date (plus am or pm) email and text confirmation received. A reminder text was received the day before collection of the car. On the day of collection I received a phone call to let me know the driver was 20 minutes away On arrival I was assisted with the V5 paperwork and advised of the postal or online option to complete (don't forget to have your ID) About 10 minutes after the car had been taken I received a confirmation text to confirm collection and the money was paid the same day even though they say this is usually within 48 hours. if I worked in this business this is exactly how I would want the operational side to run with their customers. I will definitely use this company again and promote them to others thank you and well done for a great service

Never again. It won’t let me put zero stars, otherwise I would. Got a quote for £220 to scrap my Peugeot. Filled in all my bank details and got the complete thumbs up. Never heard back. Phoned them up, and after waiting for half an hour, someone answered, only to say they don’t pick up in my area (Plymouth). The only partner they could contact that would retrieve my vehicle would only offer £140. Absolute rubbish and a waste of my time. It’s bad enough when you are in a situation when you have to scrap your car as it is, but this is an insult. Diabolical. Never again. Shocked

My car came to the end of its life ,, Scrap car Network made it fast easy and less stress on me .. Collected on time , job done .. On reflection the price I got was fair..

They have given me the best quote, collected within 3 days of making the enquiry, and paid me instantly. What else do you want. Really pleased.

Speedy response and recovery done in a few days. Couldn't fault the recovery driver who was very helpful. Money was in my account within 2 days.

Car collection cancelled twice. Two days unpaid leave taken for collection. Response was 'that isn't our issue' and 'I don't see why this is our problem'. Total waste. Do not book a collection with them if you want your time wasted. When I rang 20 minutes before the end of my collection time I was told the driver was delayed but on the way. I stated we could not be in after the 5.30 due to commitments. I was put on hold and passed to a manager. The manager had a different story and told me that the driver was unwell. It is clear that they have just lied to me about the situation to make themselves look better.

Everything was first class , removal of vehicle and payment all very prompt .

After disappointment of not collecting on previous appointment day, collection was re arranged and everything went smoothly. Money in our account later same day, great service would use again.

Really great service from these guys. Had quotes from different places, all the others were about half the price. Lad turned up, was spot on and let me know exactly what to do and said he could help out if needed. Was here around ten minutes, absolutely no dramas at all. Money was in my bank about 6 hours later. Thanks for making this easy guys! Would recommend to anyone.
