We flew Newcastle - Antalya return and was a decent experience. 9/10 staff were very pleasant. We had a traveller with complex needs & equipment which they more than catered for without issue at first, however the Turkey side of things didn't understand this and caused a bit of drama at check in where they nearly refused the equipment despite having documentation and approval from them in advance. Prices are expensive when on board unfortunately compared to other airlines. Online check in is a nightmare - we were unable to do this due to having special assistance (as this only lets you check in at the airport) but they still tried to charge us.
