Scrap car network Offered me the most to scrap my car, for me about £80 more than every other company. Paid in my bank about a day after. Very easy to arrange. I’m glad some good comes out of it with the charity.

Great service. Offered double the amount other scrap companies offered and also double the amount we buy any car offered. Arranged a date for collection, driver called me 40 minutes before and he arrived bang on time. He advised me what to do with the V5 and took the car, took less than 10 minutes in total and money was in my bank the following evening. 100% recommend!

Scrap Car Network made, what I thought was going to very difficult, very easy! Booking a pick up day and time was simple, communication throughout was excellent and the actual pick up was brilliant. Joe, the guy who picked the car up, was a pleasure to deal with, he was polite, helpful and friendly. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Booked collection on line, selected AM collection , straight after booking you receive a text to say the car's been scheduled for collection, you get emails to also confirm and another text the day prior to collection as a reminder, on the day of collection the guy called at 9am to say he would be with me in 20 minutes, he was on the dot, took a picture of my passport, handed him the key and the money was in my bank account on the same afternoon.the scrap collector said I would receive my destruction notice via email from them and they would also notify the DVLA . I went on line and notified the DVLA I was no longer keeper after he left. The company who collected my car was Global Ardour Recycling Ltd based in Preston , a solo driver who was very polite and friendly he said not many cars he has collected that were nearly 20 years old, only got rid because it needed a new sump, new drive shaft new petrol filler pipe , new timing belt new tyres and had gone rotten on both arches, but the engine still had poke could shift when it wanted was sad to see it go but it wouldn't have passed its MOT too uneconomical to repair. Hope my next new car lasts me the same amount of years, but yes the service was hassle free, highly recommend

Was booked for yesterday afternoon, driver was no show, car not collected, no communication, wasted my afternoon .

Very quick and easy to deal with, was contacted on the day, half an hr b4 collection, by the recovery chap, well mannered and polite,quick an easy process, will recommend him to friends and family. Thankyou

False advertising, after waiting hours on the phone to arrange a pick up they said they didn't serve my region, after filling in my address I find this appalling, Avoid at all costs especially reading some other comments, certainly won't be trusting trust pilot from now on
