Just transferred my rental property from one of the large housing associations to Sandra Davidson letting agents at Redbridge on their guaranteed rent scheme Excellent service right from the start. Bob Kareer has all the necessary contacts from Builders to fridges. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Very friendly, professional and prompt.

The team at Seven Kings recently sold a property for me. I would like to express my thanks to Emira Zed and Ash for all their hard work in achieving the sale. At all times they kept me fully informed. The personal support they gave me throughout was very much appreciated. They are a totally professional team and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell a property.

Excellent service from the initial phone call, to the valuation and then letting the property. Special mention to Bob Kareer from the Redbridge branch. He is competent and very good at what he does. Knowledgeable and very clear with his advice. Service is always fast and efficient. Very friendly staff and always at hand to help. Highly recommended.

From start to finish in renting out my flat Sandra Davidson have provided a wonderful and supportive service. Being a first time landlord it can be daunting with getting things in place but staff were always very extremely helpful to the point you think what's the catch!! They are genuinely a great company and I'm happy I used their services compared to another company I came across online. It's only the beginning of our long-term contract together but I'm confident they will continue to provide an excellent service.

Selling through Sandra Davidson was a real joy. Initial dealings were with Monty - he managed to value, list and find our buyer in under a week! Further dealings were primarily with Lesley - she was prompt in returning our calls and kept us informed of every stage of our sale. A very professional team who we couldn’t recommend high enough. Ironically we bought the house through Sandra Davidson and 25 years later, we sold through them.

I can see why Sandra Davidson are so dominant in the Ilford area - they are excellent at their jobs and I highly recommend them. Zaid, Amira and the team in Goodmayes really know the market - they sold a one bedroom flat for me during tough economic times and they got me a really decent price and well qualified buyer.
