Lack of communication within the office was sometimes quite frustrating , otherwise , all staff friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Very professional in there approach

I have been working with Sandra Davidson in Redbridge since last year and the service provided has been great! The agent I’ve been working with closely, Bob has been very responsive and helpful with any questions and queries. All agreed correspondence is received in time month to month without fail! I can truthfully and honestly recommend them!

My husband and I work 5 days a week and struggled to find time to deal with the property. Sandra Davidson were very helpful in getting the keys and doing the necessary work. Their welcome pack/contract was clear and thorough. So far a very good service and we are very happy with the choice to switch letting agents.

This is the second time I have dealt with Sandra Davidson in the last 3 years and what a fantastic customer journey. I didn't think they could exceed my expectations again, as they set the bar so high last time, but they only managed to go and do it! Monty from the Redbridge office was exceptional in guiding me through the entire purchase process and Leslie was always on hand to answer any questions I had. I wish I could select 6 stars!

Bob is a true professional. He assisted me in evicting previous tenants, advised on redecoration work to ensure the property was fit for purpose for guaranteed rent. Very quickly and within budget his contractors completed the work and the house was let through Sandra Davidson shortly afterwards. All legal paperwork was taken care of by Bob and his team. I am kept regularly informed With regular inspection checks. The team at Sandra Davidson have the landlords interest at heart. Very clear and professional advice from Bob. You are treated as an individual. I have been previously stung by rogue letting agents and then struggled with letting the property myself with tenants who ended up subletting and creating a problem for me. So when it came to letting out the property again I was very fussy and felt I could not trust a lot of the agents out there - however I was pleasantly surprised with Sandra Davidson. My only regret is why I didn’t sign up to Bob and his team sooner.

I met Bob at my property on 28/12. He quickly broke the works required between myself and Sandra Davidson. All the Sandra Davidson team were made available to me, the legal team and Bobs mobile number. Bob replied to all my texted queries/ questions even if my texts were slightly out of hours. Bob arranged the contractors quotes for the internal work and start dates, the certificates for gas and electric and arranged for everyone involved to access the property. The flat was made ready with pending tenant in a 3 week period. Bobs attention to detail and personal standards are now definitely reflected in the flat and that he has made this process so easy for my husband and myself. I’m looking forward to working with Bob and the Sandra Davidson team over our next 3 year period.
