The team at Sandra Davidson could not have been more helpful during the recent sale of our house. Since it was the only house my parents had ever bought, and I had only ever rented property, i had no experience whatsoever in buying/selling property. All the staff at the office were unfailingly helpful and efficient, and the sale (from my limited frame of reference!) seemed to go as smoothly as possible.

Selling is a very stressful time but Sandra Davidson made everything very easy for me. From the start to the end they were very professional and efficient. Due to me working they made sure all appointments were booked for viewings on a Saturday and would always inform me of any cancellations etc. Received weekly email updates regarding the house which was good. Staff are very polite and helpful and would definitely recommend Sandra Davidson to anyone that is looking to sell.

Absolutely terrible service from their Letting department. Don’t respond to emails, or calls. Change energy suppliers when the property is no longer managed by them. Absolutely terrible. There are some great staff there but the letting department really lets them down. It’s a shame really.

From instruction to sale, Sandra Davidson provided a first rate service. My main contact, Lesley, always returned emails/calls and dealt with issues quickly and to our satisfaction. Appreciate these are tough times to be selling houses but I am glad I choose this Estate agent.

Due to the current political climate, my wife and I decided to rent our property out in London, while we re-located to Scotland for my work and to leave the hustle and bustle of London. We tried several local Estate Agents to see what they had to offer in terms of G'teed income. We were disillusioned with the response, until Bob Kareer from Sandra Davidson came and visited us. Straight away he put us at east and most of all encouraged us to ask honest and straight questions. My wife and I felt that he was genuine and didn't BS us, which is the most important. We are now in Scotland. Today Bob has sent us a comprehensive report about our property, great Photo's, we just know he will look after us. Thanks Bob and thanks S Davidson.

Quick to respond and follow up which was good. But found them to be quite obstructive and aggressive during negotiations which made the buying process quite unpleasant. Will be relieved when the purchase completes so I will not need to deal with them anymore

I went to Sandra Davidson, as the property i was selling was brought from them over 20 years ago. From the moment the valuation was done, I was glad I had chosen them to sell the property. Everyone I had dealt with was helpful and professional, from answering my many questions to recommending a solicitor. I like the portal which keeps track of viewings, offers made, comments made about the property and progress of a sale. I've never sold a property before and I was tempted to use an online service. I'm glad I didn't as the team helped me through the process. Something to be said for the personal touch. I would highly recommend Sandra Davidson to anyone that wants to sell a property.

At the risk of sounding pompous - I very rarely spend time leaving a review, as quite often I don't see a point! I must however take exception to my general rule as the level of service received from Bob Kareer (Sanrda Davidson Redbridge) was quite simply exceptional from start to finish. Professional, reliable, honest and straight talking - I have nothing but praise for his approach and handling of my, quite demanding needs, whilst providing and living up to the assurances given to date. I'm a new landlord on the gauranteed rent scheme and he was able to undertake the necessary steps to get tenants in within a week and even sorted the home central heating, boiler, electric and plumbing cover on my behalf! Absolutely seamless service start to finish and yet to find a fault. Will need to see how the next couple years go now that the tenancy has started, as things may suddenly change, but as long as Bob's around, I'm confident all will be well. I've had a few interactions with other Sandra Davidson employees in both redbridge and seven kings branch and whilst there isn't anything particularly memorable or amazing to say on those instances - Bob and team come highly recommended. If you're looking for a letting agent - Bob should undoubtedly be your first port of call.
