From the start to the end, Sandra Davidson were professional and very supportive throughout the sale. They dealt with the viewings well with the COVID restrictions and worked really hard to get the sale completed.

The agents at SD were always easily contactable throughout the process of my purchase, and were quick to follow up on any request or action. During the exchange of contracts process I felt particularly supported by Lesley who did some thorough background research which I found reasuring. Me and my husband had a very positive experience with Sandra Davidson especially Lesley and Zaid at Seven Kings branch. By far the best estate agent in the area. Dealt with WH brown, Aston Fox, Irwin Fisher who create so much uncertainty and bidding wars amongst buyers whereas SD provided much more of a honest and a personal service to us. Sandra Davidson - they stuck to their words from the get go which we really appreciated. Even when there was small hiccups along the way and we were fairly impatient Lesley maintained professionalism at all times and provided reassurance. If you are looking to purchase a property in Ilford/barking area please use Sandra Davidson, highly recommend.

I moved into a property let by Sandra Davidson on 21st August this year, me and my 2 year old son still have no central heating upstairs, They have ignored myself and bromley council! this is my second review now as mentioned before I would give an update. I now have environmental health involved. The damp mould is growing on to mine and my son's property I have provided Sandra Davidson with evidence until date they refuse to have any contact with myself. How Sandra Davidson expect a woman and a 2-year old baby to live in a property with mould growing throughout even on our food and property is disgusting. Think twice before you let a property from them and ask yourself if you are willing to live in these conditions
