Service provided by the team at Redbridge office was very professional in particular by Monty and Lesley who handled the sale of my property very well to a successful conclusion. I certainly would recommend them. A excellent service provided by the whole team. I am also purchasing through Seven Kings office, team there is also very professional in Particular Zaid who has done has excellent work so far, I am sure he will see it through a successful conclusion.

I would like to say that Sandra Davidson were a great Estate Agent to associate with in providing me the service to sell my property. They were recommended to me and as this was the first time I sold a property, the process was so smooth and comfortable. My property was advertised on rIghtmove. The initial meeting was great and pictures were taken to ensure the property can be marketed according to the local market rate. They arranged many viewing and even attended when I could not attend. They have a huge customer base that can find the right person to view and make an offer. They always provided feedback on the viewing and this helped me to enhance the customer viewing experience. The Manager of the Branch was instrumental and I would especially like to praise the agents at the branch who dealt with my sale as they kept me up to date on progress and ensured that the sale went through smoothly. The contract was signed and exchange completed within a week. They team at Sandra Davidson - Roding Lane South are friendly and a great asset to Sandra Davidson Estate Agents. Thank you so much.

I was nervous about selling my house in corona times, but need not have been. Monty and the other staff at Sandra Davidson were very professional and prepared a beautiful brochure within a week. They showed the house within the Covid guidelines and one week later, ten good offers were received, The contact and feedback was fast and today the house is sold. I am grateful for the team's patience and professionalism.

Zaid ( Branch manager), Ash, and all the staff I spoke with on the telephone were exemplary. Calls were handled professionally and, when necessary, I was contacted for additional information. In particular, Zaid kept me fully informed of the entire process often far in advance of emails from my solicitors.

Despite the difficulties imposed by lockdown, the team at Sandra Davidson provided an extremely professional service throughout that time. They pitched the valuation of the property we were selling perfectly which attracted a good response. They provided excellent communication links between the purchaser, our respective legal teams and us - often being proactive in making calls to keep the sale progressing. They were also able to provide reassuring solutions to each of the hitches we encountered during the sale process. Most importantly, the team is very approachable - always willing to pick up the phone to answer the range of questions that crop up during the stressful time of selling a property.

Sandra Davidson provided a professional service in a customer friendly manner with the sale of our flat. They kept me informed on a regular basis all way through the sale process and this was reassuring particularly during the difficult situation when the country went into lockdown in April.
