Sakura Mobile is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Sakura Mobile is very easy to set up via eSIM which is what I went for. We travelled a fair amount in Japan and I had good coverage everywhere we went. The price was fair (equivalent to about £25 per week for unlimited use). I wasn’t sure how to set up the eSIM at first so I emailed Sakura Mobile help center. They replied within an hour and walked me through the IOS recommended settings. 10/10. Will use again and would highly recommend.
Purchase and Installation, as well as usage in Japan went without problems.
All the processes was easy eve that i had an issue with the data not working because I did something wrong in the process, i contacted them through email and they were super fast and helpful and helped me to fix the issue, thanks for the amazing team and i highly recommend it

Sakura mobile was easy for me to procure, especially considering that I am a foreigner and do not know Japanese,
Installation of the eSIM was very easy, I did it the day before I left and it worked as soon as I turned my phone on at Tokyo airport. Coverage was good, I don't recall every being with out signal. No idea what the customer support is like, I didn't need it. Sakura is a little more expensive that other providers but totally worth it.

Easy order with clear instructions. Check your phone compatibility (my phone wasn't compliant but 2 other phones on our plan were and they made that easy to figure out so I didn't spend money and get frustrated, etc.). Set-up was super easy. Service was often better than on VZ roaming.
Servizio clienti semplicemente perfetto. Un problema sul volo per Tokyo impone lo sbarco ad Haneda invece che sul programmato Narita. Avviso il servizio clienti in ritardo rispetto alle tempistiche indicate e, tuttavia, la situazione é stata gestita perfettamente.
