Easy and convenient.

Sakura Mobile is very easy to set up via eSIM which is what I went for. We travelled a fair amount in Japan and I had good coverage everywhere we went. The price was fair (equivalent to about £25 per week for unlimited use). I wasn’t sure how to set up the eSIM at first so I emailed Sakura Mobile help center. They replied within an hour and walked me through the IOS recommended settings. 10/10. Will use again and would highly recommend.

Purchase and Installation, as well as usage in Japan went without problems.

Amazing experience

All the processes was easy eve that i had an issue with the data not working because I did something wrong in the process, i contacted them through email and they were super fast and helpful and helped me to fix the issue, thanks for the amazing team and i highly recommend it

excellent pocket wifi

I have rented a pocket wifi from Sakura Mobile many times. Their pocket wifi are always reliable and provide excellent service. I once rented a pocket wifi from a competitor, but returned their defective wifi to them within a week or two, and returned to Sakura Mobile.

Recogí el router en el aeropuerto y me…

Recogí el router en el aeropuerto y me funcionó perfectamente durante todo el viaje, es una solución genial pues éramos 4 personas y por el mismo precio estuvimos los 4 conectados todo el tiempo, el router dura entre 8 o 10 horas y se recarga muy rápido. Sin duda volveré a usarlo cuando regrese a Japón.

The experience was great

The experience was great. Although I had a lot of trouble setting up the sim card, they were very patient with my many questions throughout the day. They were able to solve the issue promptly without any problems. It was very clear instructions.

English Customer Service

I like the responsiveness of the English support from Sakura Mobile, they answer in a timely manner. I sent an email to their customer support and got a thorough reply in less than two hours which is pretty fast compared to other services.
