Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

When we arranged a viewing Matt was absolutely excellent. Professional and attentive to our requirements and exactly how we would wish to be dealt with as prospective buyers. Unfortunately we realised for personal reasons that we couldn't actually move to that area but that was no problem either because the staff of the Rawtenstall office could not have helped us more in reregistering us with their other offices. The whole team have been fantastic throughout the process of selling our property. The team had great local knowledge relating to current house prices. The initial sales team provided a prompt and professional service and arranged block viewings of the property due to the demand to allow an easy process with minimal disruption to our daily family life. At the time of accepting an offer the process went to the teams move manager, Geraldine Marsden. Geraldine provided an exceptional service and took away the stress of chasing up solicitors along with ensuring the sales process went as smooth as possible. I believe that if it was not for Geraldine’s commitment to provide this high level of service we would still be going through the sales process and with a lot more added pressure and stress.
