Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

The whole team gave excellent service and regular communication throughout the entire process. Everyone was polite, friendly and extremely helpful, especially when there were hiccups further down the chain. The Slaithwaite Ryder and Dutton branch are a lovely bunch of people that helped us in the purchase of our first home. Especially Martha, who helped us with any questions we had, gave us regular updates and reassured us with completely, with us being first time buyers, we were definitely in the right hands. On key collection day, Martha was super organised so we were able to get the keys first thing, which we really appreciated too. We would definitely recommend Martha and the team to anyone. I’m so glad I chose Ryder and Dutton to sell my house. They were brilliant from start to finish. Fran was lovely and friendly and did a great job of showing the house at its best. It sold in 5 days. Ada then took over with dealing with the sale right through to completion which went really smooth and stress free. Ada was brilliant and so helpful and friendly. She kept me updated regularly with any new information. The whole process took less than 3 months. I would definitely go to Ryder and Dutton again and would highly recommend.

Ryder and Dutton slaithwaite, Huddersfield helped us no end when it came to selling our property, from start to finish nothing was too much trouble, our dedicated member of the team was Martha and we couldn’t have done without her, nothing was too much trouble, any question big or small was always answered promptly and professionally. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ada Grundy for the purchase of our house. As first time buyers the process can be daunting but Ada’s communication and professionalism throughout has been second to none! Guiding us and updating us every step of the way, right through to completion! We had previously had a property purchase fallen through with a different agency, who were the main reason for its collapse due to poor communication. The staff is racist because of my accent , when I called for a viewing appointment they said that the house wasn't available . After 25 min my daughter called and she a good accent and they said that the house was available. This is not fair , I am working full time and I can cover the the rent fee , I have excellent reference from previous landlord, I stay in his house 5 year I am never miss any payment This is very disrespectful thing , and racist matter
