Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

Jenny Boyle was so helpful and informative throughout our house buying process. Her communication was incredible and she made the whole process so much easier. From the day I made an offer on a property in Stainland, Halifax, Ella was always on the other end of the phone to answer any queries I had. Nothing was too much trouble to her and if she couldn’t answer my questions immediately, she always rang me back as soon as she could. Ella has a warm, friendly manner at all times and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ryder and Dutton in Halifax again if the need arose.

5 stars for Michaela and Jade at Ryer and dutton, moved house twice in 15 years and i wouldn't use anyone else , Michaela and Jade where always on hand with the update , nothing was any trouble and we always felt we can phone them both with any concerns or questions we had . I have been actively persued by Michaela Hewson to write this review (at least 3 times!)....I was reluctant to write one as I have nothing nice to say about her, hence my reluctance to write one...and I'm not the only customer that feels this way about her. I feel her communication style needs working on and she doesn't appear to act neutral in her dealings, I asked her manager, Oliver White if someone else could deal with my case, he wasn't supportive at all towards me and ignored my request, he doesn't want to know you once he's signed you up although he says at the time, any problems get in touch with me...on the other hand I cannot thank Jenny Boyle enough and Jade Pass was also very helpful and polite. I went with R & D because they control the market and buyers look at their website first (in my opinion), I must point out that you don't have to pay their large costs ...you can negotiate your costs. I do not want a reply from R & D thank you very much...enough has already been said....😞 I woud like to thank Jenny Boyle and Jade Pass for all their help.

They didn’t have much to do because the house sold itself, I feel they grossly underestimated its value which proved correct when offers started to come in, however, I have to thank Jade & Michaela for keeping us informed and up to date with everything as it moved on.

After having trouble with previous tenants we looked at the possibility of using a lettings agent to provide support should the need arise again. We were attended to by a lady called Gabrielle. She gave us some great advice, was very knowledgeable and competent in all the aspects of letting the property. Gabrielle was punctual at the meetings and on point with all the communication.
