Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

Oliver came to evaluate my house with an aim to put it on the market. He was punctual, professional and went through a well put together presentation with a suggested realistic market price. Maxine was appointed to do the viewings and she did so in a very professional, respectful and considered manner. Jade was then my point of contact on both the sale and purchase of my homes. I also had contact with Michaela and Ammaarah. They were friendly, professional and kept me updated on all aspects of the sale and purchase of the properties. Jade offered advise when I asked for it in person, on the phone or by email. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at the Royton office they have provided me with a fantastic service.

During a recent longer than anticipated sales journey using Ryder & Dutton as our agent I found the whole team from the outset to be both professional and courteous. Their local market knowledge, seamless communication and constant availability made the process as smooth as possible. An extra note about Matt who himself is an asset to Ryder & Dutton, he was invested from the beginning and often went above and beyond for both myself as the seller but also our prospective and eventual buyers. A further note to praise the sales literature, online adverts and marketing all backed up by the use of an external photographer, the listings really set them apart from the rest. I hope not to need Ryder & Dutton again in the future, but if anyone is looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and local team, Ryder & Dutton should be within your consideration.

Miss Jade Pass has been so helpful and professional in helping us through the process which we are not familiar with. Though we had a misunderstanding with her other colleague, she tried to solve the issue for us the best she could and have always been responsive and helpful with her advise. Lisa Royle at Ryder & Dutton has been excellent all the way through the buying process. She made herself available to speak with, was very responsive to emails and got involved to ensure solictors didn’t rest on their laurels to get the sale over the line!!
