Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

Wonderful working with Jessica Williamson on a purchase and it has been such a roller coaster but fun. Jess made sure i was updated all the way through the process and did a lot of chasing around to ensure everyone was updated and was getting things done. It’s been really enjoyable but stressful but Jess helped with the stress too, so i am just happy that we got this through to completion and over the line!

I have recently sold two properties simultaneously with Ryder & Dutton's Ashton-under-Lyne branch. Both sales had their fair share of stressful events, and Amber and her colleagues were fantastic. I was given regular updates on the progression of the sales and support when things got very stressful. Altogether a very professional team, and one I would highly recommend.

At 3pm today, a staff member rang me to come and view the property. She arranged my appointment to view the property at 4.30pm. Arrived 15min early. Staff ask me to wait 15min so I did. At 4.30, staff tell me that am not able to view the property. Disappointed with the service. Waste of time and transport money. Took half a day off to view the property. At least let me know in advance. I will write a bad review on my experience with you guys.

After my house sale falling through, and losing my onward purchase feeling stressed was an understatement. I was actively trying to find the right property with varying support from the estate agents in the area. Ryder & Dutton were empathetic, really wanted to help and found me the perfect house. They facilitated me getting in there early, communication with Ryan (manager) and Katelyn was fantastic every step of the way and I always knew what was happening and where we were up to.
