Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.

No better or worse than other estate agents in the area
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove
Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area
In the recent sale the Oldham office worked quickly to value the property and make useful recommendations on the right way to obtain the best value.

I am a tenant, and this is my fourth day with a working boiler. Reported it several time to Jorgina, at R&D in Shaw. Problems started 5 weeks ago with the boiler, but it seems they didn’t instruct the job for ages. The team there don’t seem to pick up the phone, or if they do they put it down and they don’t answer emails unless they need something from you. I did get through to someone on Saturday which was an achievement – Sam – who I called back 1 hour and 40 minutes later to get a progress update and I was told I ‘had to give them time to sort it out’. How much time do they need? It is sad that I need to post a review in order to get a boiler fixed.
A very good and seamless experience from our initial enquiries through to exchange of contracts. Lacy Williams looked after us throughout with good communication and helping us through minor issues in the process.

This estate agent worked really hard to help move the sale process, unfortunately the solicitors we were recommended were not such a good experience but Megan D'Angelillo the manger of R&D was exceptional,she was patient,understanding,sympathetic and clear. R&D were really enthusiastic when we first asked them to value the property which reassured us that it was in good hands.
