Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

I have had a lot of dealings with estate agents over the years and quite frankly I wonder why most are still in a job - Not interested!! However when facilitating the purchase of a property with Ryder & Dutton in Heywood it was the total opposite and that is thanks to Catherine! Communication is key and she always responded to any enquiry quickly and professionally, gave a gentle nudge when needed, followed up when needed and balanced the process with vendor & buyer extremely well all the way through to handing over the keys no fuss but all practical and orderly. Thankyou Catherine, an asset to the Ryder & Dutton brand.
Lacey was really so helpful with a lot patient in all through the process. Great personal I must say.
The property was not fit to move into
We had our house up for sale with another local agent in Heywood whose performance was quite disappointing. We then moved to RD Heywood and within a few weeks we had a buyer which was fab. But what really made the difference was Catherine and Tom who helped smooth the inevitable bumps of the sale process, taking responsibility to contact all the links in the chain to make the sale happen including the various legal teams who had there own agenda's. We very recently sold our house through Ryder & Dutton Rawtenstall and are extremely pleased with the service. Graham, the Branch Manager, has been totally pro-active and instrumental in getting the sale through in a calm, kind professional manner where no problem could not be solved. Unbelievable service and dedication from Graham, Shannon, and the team. Veda, the Move Manager, was totally magic. Veda got to the root of any hold ups along the way and kept the sale flowing with enquiries with our buyer directly and our buyer’s solicitor. Veda was also in contact with all the buyers in the chain to keep everybody up to date. Veda is a marvellous wonderful lady who’s sense of humour matched mine so we had many laughs along the way which made dealing with Veda a pleasure. Well done Ryder and Dutton!
The house is beautiful and lovely inside but the only problem is it's so close to the road and no car park
