Pleasant change from usual estate agents
I have had a lot of dealings with estate agents over the years and quite frankly I wonder why most are still in a job - Not interested!! However when facilitating the purchase of a property with Ryder & Dutton in Heywood it was the total opposite and that is thanks to Catherine! Communication is key and she always responded to any enquiry quickly and professionally, gave a gentle nudge when needed, followed up when needed and balanced the process with vendor & buyer extremely well all the way through to handing over the keys no fuss but all practical and orderly.
