Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

Our recent extended chain sale/purchase was one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life, made bearable, by Kia Mcgrath at Ryder & Dutton. She chased down issues with vigour and tenacity, I only wish some of the legal professionals in the chain were as driven to get the deal through, She is a credit to her organisation and profession.Will someone please pass this to senior management and have this placed on her record please, she deservers it.
After just using Ryder & Dutton to buy and sell, all I can say is that I’m very impressed! Catherine Salisbury was my main point of contact and kept me up to date on everything. Catherine was that reassuring friendly voice giving me sound advice and made the entire process of buying and selling less stressful. In November 2024, my offer was accepted over a property and the process was so rapid that i collected my keys before Christmas 2024 ( the whole process was less than 4 weeks). 5 STAR TO GEORGIA in Ashton under Lyne branch.
