Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.

Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

My property to rent has recently undergone refurbishment. Gabrielle Wray at Ryder & Dutton was extremely helpful with advice at initial assessment. On completion of the work she again advised regarding the rent and the Certificates required and then was most efficient and professional in putting the property back on the market.
We have recently sold our house with Ryder and Dutton we specifically dealt with Megan who went above and beyond to get our house sold. We had quite a few issues with solicitors and Megan made the whole experience alot easier to deal with. If you are selling a house I would 100% recommend using Ryder and Dutton.
Customer service was excellent, Ammaarah kept me upto date with every step of the sale which I found really reassuring, as soon as things progressed to the next stage she would always let us know and she was really friendly and nothing was a problem for her.
I recently purchased my first home with the help of Ryder & Dutton, and I can’t thank Jade and Michaela enough for their outstanding service. The process began on a gloomy November late Friday afternoon when I first saw the listing for my dream home which had just gone online. I was eager to schedule a viewing however Ryder & Dutton had closed by then and first thing come Monday I was one of the first to call to book a viewing for the weekend ahead as I was working the week. Later on in the week, I get a call from Jade to say the Property has had offers accepted as it turned out that the property had generated a lot of interest, with 21 viewings and seven offers already in play. When Jade informed me that my viewing had been canceled, I was understandably disappointed, as this was the only home I was focusing on. I shared my situation with Jade, and she truly went above and beyond. She assured me she would do her best to get my viewing back on the schedule and worked her magic to secure an appointment for that Saturday. After seeing the home, which was simply unreal, we decided to put in a higher bid than the asking price, believing it was worth every penny. Fast forward three and a half months, and we’ve just received the keys to our new home! I’m incredibly grateful to Jade and the Ryder & Dutton team for their dedication and support throughout the buying process.
