Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

I would absolutely recommend using Ryder and Dutton. They have kept in touch every step of the way and Dan and Rachael have both been incredible answering all questions, clearly and quickly. 10/10 service and communication 👏
The representatives of ryder dutton have all been extremely helpful and supportive from the early stages with Georgia to the process of seeking closure and contract completion. In regard to the later, Geraldine Marsden has been extremely positive and has assisted us greatly in navigating the traumas of dealing with our and the buyer's solicitors. It's been a pleasure working with her.
Geraldine ensured it was a smooth process liaising with myself, the solicitors and the vendors. This made it easier for me as I did not have to chase my solicitor as Geraldine did that for me. First time I have had that service offered which worked really well.
Used Ryder and Dutton when buying my house and now using them to rent out my house. Sarah has been extremely efficient; came to the house and talked through the rental process, got photos done for my house within 2 days of me signing and got it on the market the next day after the photo. The whole process has been so so efficient and quick and Sarah is easy to contact and really easy person to speak to and has given me a lot of reassurance during this process especially as I’ve been nervous about renting my house out. Excellent estate agents, and excellent service by Tracy D from the Lindley Branch in Huddersfield. Tracy was incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. She was always available on the end of a line to help with any issues that came up. There was great communication with my solicitor from R&D. 100% fantastic service from start to finish, would seriously recommend R&D to anyone who is buying/selling a property. It was down to final bids and I now have my dream home! Thank you Tracy!!
