Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

From initial conversation re selling to completion Ryder and Dutton have provided a great service. In particular Ada Grundy who was our move manager. Frustrating at times due to lack of comms from the solicitors but Ada supported us and provided information where she could.

We are renting our house out through Ryder and Dutton and Sarah Plaatsman - rental valuer - guided us through the rental process every step of the way. She made it as easy as possible for us, she took great pictures of our property and hosted our viewings with suitable renters. I would highly recommend!

After our first sale feel through we started dealing with Kirsten at Ryder & Dutton in Ashton. Kirsten was very helpful and liaised with our solicitors and the buyers solicitors and made sure we were up to date with everything. Where to begin, well long story short. We went away for a 10 day break. During this time we bought our dream bungalow and sold our home. The help in achieving this is all down to Catherine Salisbury at the Heywood branch. Not forgetting the staff at the Middleton branch who as Catherine did are still working thier magic. Geraldine of Ryder and Dutton estate agents has been truly outstanding Geraldine has always answered my calls or emails, when I have needed her. She is very professional but friendly and approachable. When I couldn't get through to solicitors, I would phone Geraldine and she would get answers to my enquiries. I'm not great with forms, but Geraldine guided me through with everything I needed to fill on. I would definitely recommend her services through Ryder and Dutton.
