I am very thankful to have gotten paired up with Luis as my therapist. He has helped me tremendously in overcoming past traumas and changing behaviors I put in place to protect myself. I feel like I lead a much happier, stress free life, with him genuinely with EDMR Therapy and our regular sessions he has broken me out of a emotional prison I was in. I wouldn't hesitate for one moment to refer Luis DiSantiago - hes fabulous!

Clearly Rula pays to write their own reviews. The patient portal access is insane. No direct access? You can’t log in from the website you have to request a one-time use entry that they send to your email. This is crazy. So many tech issues with the portal and appointments. No one uses Zoom anymore. Probably the worst experience I have ever had. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Been great compatible with my schedule. I have been doing therapy session with Mr.Gomes. I think I’m finally getting somewhere with establishing boundary learning to say no not over explaining myself.

Finding my counselor has been a huge benefit and help to my life right now especially suffering so many losses and traumas

Called a number for a therapist listed on my insurance, got a HUGE network - which, already I did not want. They wanted to find me someone on the phone - nope. After a lot of hassle, I finally signed up (the process was also terrible). Then when I realized how many steps and how awful to access stuff EVERY SINGLE TIME, I’m like nah. ANOTHER bunch of very slow steps to chat with someone to remove my account. They have my bank details!! Which I hate, and is unnecessary Welp, takes 30-45 days. To delete my account?? Outrageous

I belong to Kaiser and when I chose not to go into office to see someone that may work on the same campus as myself they gave me Rula as an option. Ruler made it easy to pick someone that you felt like matched you and or your needs based on your preference. I did find my someone. It has been about four months now and this person is amazing. The service that is provided virtually meet everything that I need during the time of day that’s right for me and the person that has been my person is qualified to listen and advise. I’m just grateful for this service. I am a 55-year-old woman and this is my first time in therapy. And I’m so happy that I am able to have therapy on my terms thanks to Rula.

Very comfortable with the person I chose, it allows you to read about the person you want you help with you care. I felt very validated during my session as well as the application itself is very smooth and pleasing to the eye. It's not something that causes more anxiety or anger or frustration, so far I've had a very pleasant experience with both the app and the people it utilizes for the company programming.

They have great providers I love how each profile is detail oriented, transparent pricing and how your insurance is covered etc. easy to contact providers and find providers for different issues regarding your mental health. Love it!
