Huge pain to access, whole thing seems really dodgy now

Called a number for a therapist listed on my insurance, got a HUGE network - which, already I did not want. They wanted to find me someone on the phone - nope. After a lot of hassle, I finally signed up (the process was also terrible). Then when I realized how many steps and how awful to access stuff EVERY SINGLE TIME, I’m like nah. ANOTHER bunch of very slow steps to chat with someone to remove my account. They have my bank details!! Which I hate, and is unnecessary Welp, takes 30-45 days. To delete my account?? Outrageous

Not worth it as extra phone, and no way to cancel without chatting

I got it to see if verizon reception was available when my at&t was not. It is not - no extra places where this kicked in. I also thought it might be useful for out-of-country visitors to have a local phone, but I've not used it. It's not a bad idea, and a good deal, but not worth it to me. Hiowever, the cancel process is a pain. You can NOT do it yourself, but have to chat. And you have to remember to do it before a billing date - they will not cancel for future, so have to chat again before next one. Not ideal
