This service and the therapists they employ have helped me a lot. Having appointments via Telehealth is convenient and way less stressful than trying to fight traffic and find parking for an in person appointment. The therapists I have talked to are caring and compassionate and really want you to feel better.

My daughter (age 17) has only had one appointment, however, the experience of finding a therapist was wonderful. She got to read over profiles and even look at videos that some had put out to review. It put her at ease and let her pick who she felt comfortable talking with. The experience from when I was her age is vastly different and I am so grateful. She left the first virtual meeting feeling great. I highly recommend this company. There are so many different therapists to choose from that are all different. I know you will find one to fit you.

Privacy, trustworthiness and reliability

This was my first time being directed by my provider to this platform and it was very easy to navigate.

I love how easy it connects to zoom for meetings!! It’s easy to schedule, reschedule, s and message provider! What I dislike is U have to put email and connect with link every time you log in

Online scheduling very easy to use and manage

I'm new to Rula, but so far the experience has been straightforward and easy. I'm able to see my therapist, they take my insurance and are a provider for them, it was very simple and straightforward.

I felt heard and at ease

Rula is so easy to use when trying to find a new therapist and one that accepts my insurance. I work a 9-5 so whenever I was using my own insurance for referrals many didn’t do after 5 and I didn’t want to risk missing work. Rula helped me find the best person that fits my needs and type of therapy that would work better for myself. I also was having technical difficulties but rula really helped me with them via email ina. Timely manner. That really made me see they care for us and want to help us anyway they can!

Was able to choose my therapist based on experience and areas of practice. She is on time and extremely helpful. After 17 years of anxiety I am finally trying therapy and wished I had started years ago. Took a lot of courage to ask for help and so glad I did.

It’s easy to find therapists, schedule appointments, and make adjustments. If a therapist doesn’t work, they help you find another one.

Set up an appointment and waited for 30 minutes for the therapist to join, while the Rula team tried to track her down as well. The portal was showing the therapist that the appointment was pending so, the therapist was not able to join. But was showing me that the appointment was on, just waiting for the therapist to join.

Therapy is easy to start. Great support team, with any problems quickly solved.
