Recently dealt with Carrie and Samantha at Cambridge on the eCommerce team and the customer service was top notch! they went the extra mile to make sure I got my tiles to my specification and timescale. If they were unsure of anything they said give me 5mins and I will call you back - and they did! well done girls - Top Work!

wonderful service, when i asked for a certain colour she asked all the stores in the region who had the colour that i wanted, within 15 min i got a call back that a store in Birmingham had the stock and it will be with me within 3-4 days i recommended this store to everyone.
