Roof tiles

After being messed around by another company with poor customer service (roofing megastore) saying they would delivery my tiles within a week after saying they had them in stock. A long call later they told me they would be delivered a week late. So a quick call to Carrie on the Wednesday afternoon she managed to work her magic and get the tiles I needed delivered by the Friday afternoon. 5 start customer service, was a pleasure to deal with her and roof stores. Would 100% use roof stores again and would be a pleasure to deal with Carrie again. Top work!

So impressed with Roof Stores

So impressed with Roof Stores, we were trying to get Hardie Plank cladding, told by 3 of our local builders merchants that it would take a minimum of 6 weeks, for just an extra £1 per board, BUT free delivery, we got them delivered within a week. SO IMPRESSED !! Must also give more than 10/10 to Carrie, who went well beyond normal service to locate the planks, ensure they were shipped halfway across country, kept us notified by phone and email and then when I plank was damaged, still refunded for the whole plank, (more than was requested). So hope everyone appreciates your efforts, (absolutely not related or even know her) Many Thanks

Brilliant

Brilliant. Had a call asking me when I preferred delivery. Very helpful and polite. Driver was great and me helped me carry them into the rear garden. no trouble. Definitely recommend them.

Fantastic Company

What fantastic service! My order was small only for a small value and the items were not in stock. I was kept updated regularly on progress and felt like I was genuinely valued as a customer. If only all companies treated customers like this!

Excellent communications

Excellent communications. Got a call about my note requesting delivery down a track. Easily sorted, requested and got call from Roof Stores shortly before delivery and then also from the delivery driver. This was not a large order so I felt that this was normal service from Roof Stores.

No worries

I had a shortage regarding a delivery, direct from a manufacturer, but it was very quickly sorted out. In addition, a refund was given for an item currently out of stock, without delay. At no time was I made to feel worried about dealing with this supplier. The person I contacted was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service

Excellent service, kept me informed all the way. Despite problems with the suppliers they pulled out all the stops and got the order delivered on time. Carrie deserves a pay rise!
