Roofstock Reviews

Roofstock made buying my first rental property so much easier than I expected. The detailed property reports and tenant information gave me confidence in my purchase. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Made my first real estate investment through Roofstock and couldn't be happier. The pre-vetted properties and existing tenants eliminated so much of the typical headaches. Great way to get started in rental property investing.

The concept is great and the website works well. However, I found some of the property condition reports to be overly optimistic. Had to do more repairs than anticipated on my purchase. Still a decent platform though.

While the platform is convenient, I feel like many properties are priced above market value. The fees also add up quickly. Ended up finding better deals through local agents.

The platform works as advertised but nothing exceptional. Transaction went smoothly but took longer than expected. Property performance has been okay so far.

Perfect solution for investing in markets I can't visit in person. The virtual tours and detailed reports give me confidence in remote purchases. Customer support has been responsive when needed.

Finally found a platform that shows real numbers and doesn't hide important details. The rent roll data and expense history helped me make informed decisions. Definitely recommend for serious investors.

Good variety of investment properties in different markets. The search filters work well and save time. Wish there were more properties in my target price range though.

Bought one property that's been performing well, but another had tenant issues shortly after purchase that weren't disclosed properly. The platform itself is fine, but due diligence is still crucial.

Used Roofstock to purchase two properties last year. The platform is user-friendly and the property details are comprehensive. My only complaint is that some of the best deals get snatched up really quickly, so you have to be ready to move fast.

As someone new to real estate investing, Roofstock simplified everything for me. The educational resources are helpful and the property management connections made it truly hands-off. Very satisfied with my experience.

When I had questions about financing options, their team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They walked me through every step and made sure I understood all the details before moving forward.
