I was delighted to book my chosen holiday for next year. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant. However, I was disappointed that connecting regional rail travel was not available and that I will have to arrange this myself. Not a big problem but I feel that it makes the whole process a little disjointed. Travelling from Scotland always seems to be an issue when connecting to a holiday leaving from England. Still looking forward to my holiday though.
