Spent 2 and a half hours on hold waiting to discuss a property to go and view, was ‘first in line’ for 40 mins and got absolutely nowhere. How are you meant to book a viewing or organise anything with this company if it takes 2.5 hours to get through? Called on a Saturday afternoon at 1pm, didn’t think they would be closed, and if they are they should shut off the phone line to save people wasting their time. Very poor customer service, 2 and a half hours is not acceptable.
Rahima was extremely helpful, to begin with, she was unable to solve the issue but didnt leave it at that and worked with us to finally find the problem

I've been using Rightmove for quite some time, so familiar with most facilities on the website and how they work. But I had a house in my saved list which I no longer needed and it was taken off the market as well, but the house refused to go away via all the normal methods. I contacted Rightmove to ask for help and Cheryl Hine responded. She has been extremely helpful through several emails offering me different things to try which unfortunately haven't worked, so she is escalating the issue to another team. She was very courteous throughout. A credit to the Rightmove team.

Good enough website. Like the edit area bit though would like some filters for no of bathrooms, must nots (wife hates gardens) and pet friendly.

After 4 years of living in the property our deposit was not returned fully. We were charged £60 for two canvases that were still there when we moved out. I have recorded a video of the condition when we moved out and shown the canvases were there. Crazy. Landlord and property agencies will always make money from people.

The referencing arm of this company are incapable of logical thinking, common sense and even making a decision. Avoid if you can, which is backed up by other reviewers on this site.
