Jade, the lady I spoke with, was from the moment she answered my call was so nicely receptive to my concerns I immediately started to feel calmer. Indeed she listen patiently, kindly and assuringly that she would look into the matter right away and so she did. Indeed despite the fact that the problem was not Righmove's fault she sorted it out in under 15 minutes. What a star! At my experienced age (80) I found her to be quite exceptional. Thank you thank you.

As a long time user and customer of Rightmove, both for business and pleasure, I just wanted to say what a brilliant service you provide, and how hard your team work at resolving problems and developing the user interface on the site. Over the years I have found a few glitches that only a heavy duty user like myself might be aware of. The team have consistently taken my comments and suggestions on board, and looked into them thoroughly, with a view to improving the user experience right through the chain. I know a lot of estate agents get a bit fed up with Rightmove costs, but I honestly believe that they work very hard to justify their fees.
Ive been ringing for 3 days to arrange a viewing on a property in Bulgaria, the phone line is constantly engaged.
Everyone should be careful before signing an agreement with them. After signing the contract, I sent an e-mail and requested to terminate the contract for special justified reasons within a week. And still until now they’re sending me a payment invoice for absolutely nothing. There are someone with name Korryn and Nina. I sent them a several e-mails with cancellation but they ignored. I will open the case on them. Already started
Dealt with Stephanie in the Customer Service team to get access to our referencing account. It was a nuanced matter I threw at her and she handled it well despite me overcomplicating things. Thank you!
I've tried on several occasions over the last few weeks to search property overseas using an Samsung android phone. Initially I thought it was a glitch, tried many times over several days. Specific searches in different countries. Each search says xx properties available, the top search comes up momentarily to tease you and then everything vanishes, it just disappears. I've reinstalled the app thinking there's a bug and the same thing happens. It's not a bug, it's a feature apparently. Nowhere does the app have a contact us, the question menu does not feature 'not showing overseas property' it no understand! If you're looking to perhaps spend a million or two on property abroad this may not be the app for you. UK's number one? I don't think so!
Extortionate pricing compared to the other property portals - exactly why we are no longer using Rightmove. The profits this year say it all, not affordable for small independent agents. No support for small businesses.
Very strange referencing agency. Provided an offer of £8,400+ Deposit to rent a tenancy (6 Months upfront) while looking to buy my own and received an email back advising they refused me for tenancy due to being unable to provide evidence of income. This was on the back of me explaining that I had a new bank account however, I did provide them proof of my company profit/loss and they could see what I earned/profited. In summary they required me to verify my income despite me offering the entire 6 months tenancy upfront along with security deposit (sure this is probably rare). Common sense by real people is seriously lacking here. Finally, I actually also had already emailed Aberdeen Considine the evening before explaining I wanted my deposit back prior to RightMove emailing me about there decision due to how long the process was taking also. Viewed on 10th, offered entire 6 months upfront with security deposit etc on the 10th also and didn’t hear a thing from RM until 19th August despite me putting down my Move in Date as preferably the 13th. I can never quite get my head around why people take so long to make decisions, make the decision and get on with it the processes are lengthy. We have decided that we won’t be using any rental agency that use this company for our own properties in the future. Just lost a landlord over £8,000+ and a very reliable tenant. Strange.

The referencing section - Denied a member of our staff on a ridiculous technicality when clearly his income was visibly more than enough for the rental. I have no idea if some of the members at the other end can decipher the facts in front of them. This situation has caused great stress and pressure on the person in question. The market is difficult out there already without additional complications piled on young people.
My enquiry was sorted quickly and can I say what a excellent customer service you have at right move, Maddie, Daniella and Stephanie were exceptional and put my mind at rest, can’t thank them enough
