In recent years I had a property advertised for rent by the letting agent on Rightmove, that same property is advertised as 'for sale' on right move with old photos. Rightmove were informed and asked for proof of ownership which I understand however following submission of such proof including a solicitors letter they continue to advertise claiming this is the instruction of the agent. My point being Rightmove ignore the instructions of the proven legal owner and follow the instructions of a scammer.

I would fancy understanding the solution provided by the team if they made better efforts to spell my name correctly over the exchange of emails. Didn’t know the staff is lazy enough to not double-check before responding.

They agreed to change our village address from Kegworth, Derbyshire to Kegworth, Leicestershire. Our postcode is Derby but we're in Leicestershire. I know I'm being pedantic, but it could mislead customers, so I'm pleased they've changed it.

I had been speaking with Rahima Pannah about an issue within Rightmove Plus, and she was incredibly patient and helpful! We even had a good chuckle as it would turn out to be user error - what a surprise! 😂

Very efficient service

As an agent, I find the team at Rightmove to always be super responsive, ready to help and explaining any process. Hannah King has just helped us with relisting a property that sadly fell through. Hannah responded within a great time frame and the property was re-listed promptly. We couldn't ask for more.

The person who helped me was professional and knowledgeable. She took time to explain things to me and was easy to deal with.

This is not the site to look at if you are buying any kind of property, seriously it's the last place to look. Their only positive is they occasionally get a property up first, that's it. Their default is set at Highest first, not the most recent, so that's yet another thing you have to alter. Zoopla is the real get go here by far. This from an extended experience of property searching. Good luck...

It is still incredibly slow, won’t load the whole page, takes ages to add filters, it really it quite unusable. Please get this sorted as I’m trying to look for a property as I imagine many others are too. So frustrating.

The only problem I'm finding is that properties that have been accepted are still being shown on right move.

Property Listing, resolved immediately! Had an issue with the date on our RM listing, contacted the customer service team and within 24 hours the property had been updated. Super easy and quick to get resolved. Thanks Rich

I was happy with the service. Danni was helpful, showed a good understanding of the product and how it fitted into my needs and risk appetite. I appreciated her efforts and insight. I hope i never need to rely on the policy but it is comforting to know it is in place.

Spoke to a guy called Tony. He was friendly, polite, helpful and really patient with me and my indecisive self 😂 Would highly recommend rightmove as every experience I’ve had with them has been great .

you can tell who their customers are by the fact that there is no report button on the listings. half of the listings are old but estate agents don't remove them to funnel customers, wasting everyones time. some time they straight up lie on listing like saying parking available when it isn't. they keep changing the price up and down so it shows "reduced today" and there is no way to see the history on the site (install 3rd party chrome extension to see full picture). sometime they show less price on site but when you call the estate agents they say "achtually" it's 200 more than what we advertised it for.
