All the team are fantastic sales with Matt and luca and then tieing it up with Julia barrows. Richard James Old Town branch were recommended to me and although a little more expensive than others are well worth it. (you get what you pay for). Everyone keeps you informed every step of the way with viewings till sold. Julia with great communication between myself and the buyers definitely helped speed thing up. They give you contacts you may choose to use along the way with moving companies and solicitors etc of which very good and efficient. I all made this what is said to be the most stressful time in your life alot easier and not so stressful. Thank you to all. Worth your weight in gold.

Natalie went above and beyond when we were in the process of buying a property through Richard James estate agents. Her exceptional customer skills made us feel like we were in safe hands throughout the whole process - nothing was too big/small a problem for her to help us with. It was a pleasure working with Natalie and would highly recommend her to others.
Exceptional estate agency that has spoiled us for all others. Not only immensely efficient and flexible, they stayed in there in these most difficult times with not the slightest drop in energy and commitment from day one until they sold our house for as good as the asking price. They provided many more viewings than any of the agencies we used previously and asking Richard James to take sole agency was the best decision we could have made. Natalie, James and Richard are wonderful people who made it a personal mission to help us get what we wanted. Even after the sale, Natalie has been incredible helping with the legal and logistical issues that are involved to help exchange contracts and close. We cannot recommend strongly enough that if you are lucky enough to have Richard James available, grab the best and forget the rest !
When I was looking for an agent, I asked around locally and everyone recommended Richard James. From the first time I dealt with them at the valuation, I knew we'd made the right decision. Our sale was handled by Natalie - the most efficient and incredible agent I've ever met. Natalie has quite the fan club among my extended family for how well she looked after us and secured us the loveliest buyer we could have hoped for for our home. Richard James's customer service, knowledge and professionalism goes above and beyond. I'm just sad that we'll be moving away from the area and won't get to use them again in future. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Simply the best!

They have incredible knowledge of the area and are both extremely professional whilst managing to maintain a very personable touch throughout the process.
