All the team are fantastic sales with Matt and luca and then tieing it up with Julia barrows. Richard James Old Town branch were recommended to me and although a little more expensive than others are well worth it. (you get what you pay for). Everyone keeps you informed every step of the way with viewings till sold. Julia with great communication between myself and the buyers definitely helped speed thing up. They give you contacts you may choose to use along the way with moving companies and solicitors etc of which very good and efficient. I all made this what is said to be the most stressful time in your life alot easier and not so stressful. Thank you to all. Worth your weight in gold.

Natalie goes above and beyond! Going into the sale and purchase process for the first time, we didn’t know what to expect. Our experience with Natalie Leon of Richard James who’s the agent with our onward chain has far exceeded our expectations. She acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism that is rare to see. Not only is she on top of the purchase process, she’s also taken upon herself to oversee the sale of our property — something that our own agent and solicitors should have been responsible for but fell short. Since walking in to Richard James in Wellingborough I had been heard about the type of property I wanted and had some viewings arranged with Stacey Carter who was very informative and anything she didn't know she would instantly email over as soon as she was back on the office after the viewing. She was also very honest in discussing all the properties viewed unfortunately I found a house with another estate agents but wanted to leave this review to say you would be in safe hands with Stacey Carter at Richard James.

Would recommend Richard James without hesitation. They are knowledgeable, honest and reassuring. I hadn't moved house for 25 years and previous experiences had been so stressful, I was expecting the same this time but with Richard James it just didn't happen. Natalie is a godsend - nothing is too much trouble and any problems she just seems to deal with them. We hardly did anything, Natalie knows what needs doing and when and just takes the stress out of the whole experience.
