Natalie goes above and beyond! Going into the sale and purchase process for the first time, we didn’t know what to expect. Our experience with Natalie Leon of Richard James who’s the agent with our onward chain has far exceeded our expectations. She acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism that is rare to see. Not only is she on top of the purchase process, she’s also taken upon herself to oversee the sale of our property — something that our own agent and solicitors should have been responsible for but fell short. I honestly don’t know how things would have turned out without her as a driving force. We can’t recommend her highly enough.
