Proszę uważać na tę firmę. Dostawa Agata Meble. 1. Umówiona była dostawa z wnoszeniem - przyjechała tylko 1 osoba. 2. Przewidywana data dostawy - 11:30 - dostawa koło 21.00. Nic nie zgadzało się z ustaleniami - brak informacji od kierowcy i z infolinii. Nie polecam. Oczywiście na skargę i reklamacje - brak odpowiedzi. Jak i przez Agata Meble tak i przez tę "firmę".

Very good, friendly and polite

The two chaps were very polite and helpful. They were able to find my property and take all the items to the 3rd floor.

this is the second time I have had the misfortune of dealing with this ATROCIOUS company. First time I have confirmation from the furniture company on the other end of the delivery that rhenus is a nightmare to deal with, I wasted several days missing work, and I accidentally used them again as they were hidden by a company called collectyourbed. They no showed and are impossible to reach leaving me with a nightmare situation in a flat I was just about to leave with a letter and go overseas, which now has two large beds in a small room.

Collecting a faulty mattress, we were kept superbly well informed and reminded on timing. The two gents were exactly on time, friendly and efficient, and we have a clear hall back again!

Was given initial 2 hour window for collection of mattress and pillow. Received phone call 20 mins prior to arrival. The two guys that came to collect items where both extremely friendly and professional.

I've had 2 deliveries in the past 2 weeks by these guys and they've been amazing. Gave plenty of notice as to when they're going to arrive and happy to move everything up 2 flights of stairs to save me struggling. Lovely and polite 😊 thank you
